Terms & Conditions — Your Agreement with dbjl

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "User", "you") and dbjl ("dbjl", "the Company", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the dbjl website at https://dbjl.club and all associated services, games, betting markets, and promotional offers provided therein.

By accessing the dbjl website, creating a player account, making a deposit, placing a bet, claiming a bonus, or using any feature of the platform in any manner, you confirm and acknowledge that:

dbjl reserves the right to request proof of age and identity from any player at any time. Where a player cannot provide satisfactory documentation confirming they are aged 18 or above, their account will be suspended immediately and any pending withdrawals will be withheld pending verification. If it is confirmed that a player is under 18 years of age, their account will be permanently closed and any deposits made may be returned at dbjl's sole discretion, minus any winnings generated.

Players are solely responsible for ensuring that their participation in online gaming complies with all laws applicable to them in their country or region of residence.

One Account Rule

Each individual person may hold only one active account on dbjl. Creating multiple accounts — whether using different email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited. Duplicate accounts will be closed without notice and any balances held in secondary accounts may be forfeited.

Accurate Information

Account Security

Account Transfer

Player accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, assign, or otherwise deal with your dbjl account or any balances, bonuses, or winnings held therein to any third party.

All financial transactions on the dbjl platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) via the following approved payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The following terms apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

dbjl conducts anti-money laundering checks on all financial transactions as a matter of standard procedure. Where a transaction triggers a review, the processing time may be extended and additional documentation may be requested. Players must not use the dbjl platform for any purpose other than legitimate personal entertainment gambling.

dbjl reserves the right to withhold a withdrawal pending the satisfactory completion of KYC verification, AML checks, or the resolution of any account investigation. All betting and gaming activity on the dbjl platform is subject to the following general rules. Game-specific rules are available within each game or betting market interface.

• Finality of Bets: Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the dbjl system, it cannot be amended or cancelled by the player. It is the player's sole responsibility to check all bet details — including stake amount, selection, and market — before confirming.
• System Errors: In the event of a technical error, system failure, or manifest error in pricing, dbjl reserves the right to void any affected bets and return stakes to the player's account balance. Where a manifest error in odds has been accepted in error, dbjl is not liable for any winnings arising from that error.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Each betting market and game carries its own minimum and maximum stake limits. These are displayed within the relevant market or game interface. dbjl may adjust stake limits at any time without prior notice.
• Match/Event Cancellations: Where a sporting event for which a bet has been placed is cancelled, postponed beyond the stated settlement timeframe, or otherwise cannot be concluded under normal conditions, affected bets will be voided and stakes returned in accordance with the specific sport's rules published on the platform.
• Prohibited Activities: The following activities are strictly prohibited on the dbjl platform: use of automated betting bots or scripts; exploitation of software bugs or pricing errors; collusion with other players; match-fixing or any attempt to influence the outcome of any event on which a bet is placed; and any form of fraudulent activity.
• Game Fairness: All casino games offered through dbjl use certified random number generator (RNG) software supplied by licensed game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. dbjl reserves the right to void any bet, suspend any account, or remove any player from the platform where a breach of these betting and gaming rules is suspected or confirmed.

dbjl reserves the right to close, suspend, or restrict any player account at any time and without prior notice where any of the following applies:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms;
• The player has provided false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC;

• The player has opened more than one account;
• The player is found to be under 18 years of age;

Where an account is closed for a breach of these Terms, any balance held in the account may be withheld pending the outcome of any investigation. Where an account is closed at the player's own request (and no breach has occurred), any confirmed real-money balance will be returned to the player's verified payment method after deduction of any outstanding wagering requirements on bonus funds.

dbjl is committed to resolving all player complaints fairly and promptly. Upon receipt of a formal complaint, dbjl will acknowledge your query within 24 hours (Bangladesh Standard Time) and aim to provide a full written response within five business days.

Where a complaint cannot be resolved through direct communication, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation before pursuing any other avenue. dbjl operates a safe, reliable platform with SSL encryption and fair play standards, and we take every player complaint seriously.

Nothing in this section removes your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable law in your jurisdiction.
